One of our most popular lattes we made in our shop in 2003 and Starbucks introduced their version in 2005 and ours was so much better!
Here's our recipe - milk or milk alternative, 2 heaping teaspoons of premium vanilla rooibos with 2 teaspoons of farmer market honey. Steam, stir, set aside for a few minutes and strainer (rooibos is such a fine herb you might need to strain a few times to remove the fine fibers).
Caffeine free, nutritiously dense and a favorite dessert for the calorie conscious.
