Back in the day, Dutch Imperialists enjoyed Rooibos with milk as a substitute for hard to import tea...and they were on to something! Some say it is better than tea - robust, flavorful, packed with vitamin C, minerals and antioxidants without the pesky caffeine.
Use 1 teaspoon every 6 to 8 ounces of boiling water and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Re-steep and enjoy the subtle differences between infusions.
