We have sugar free, caffeine free, fruity, flowery and minty teas for the little ones.
Well not actual teas but herbal infusions.
Some full of vitamin C packing a fruit punch taste, chamomile and mint blends to sooth achy tummies and chamomile and lavender blends to send the little ones off to night night.
Some European cultures start the babies off early with chamomile or mint blends in their bottles to sooth restlessness. Toddlers love cooled down fruity teas in their sippy cups. Moms find it easy to have a pitcher of brewed hibiscus or brewed mint in the fridge ready for when the older kids come home from school.
Better on the budget than store bought drinks, easier on the environment and sugar - only add if needed.
And did we mention tea parties?
