Green tea is great for dental hygiene and to reduce the bacteria that causes plaque. A green tea keeps the dentist away!

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons (depending on leaf size) for every 6 to 8 ounces of 180F water and steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Re-steep and enjoy the subtle differences between infusions.
