Organic, dried, whole flower hibiscus perfect to blend with other teas or on it's own. Ideal as a summertime iced tea drink. The flower yields a deep red infusion and a tart and fruity taste. Honey or sugar tones down the tartness. This drink in Mexico is called Jamaica and in the Caribbean it is known as Sorrel and is popular with rum and nutmeg.
