Organic, 2nd flush or summer picked Darjeeling from the Seeyok Garden in India. Prized for its muscatal (think white grapes) and earth flavors. Darjeeling is sometimes referred to the champagne of teas and the queen of teas. This is the lighter of the Indian teas.
